Loving early retirement, after 38 years of working in the tissue paper and building materials industry, I'm thrilled to be back with my family and to the North Country of New York State.

I relish my family, gardening, amateur photography, and nature. Living on the northeast border of the Adirondack Mountains and on Lake Champlain, this beautiful area offers so many opportunities to enjoy everything that I hold dear.

So far, 2011 far has been a year of discovery. Taking the time to explore my interests, HubPages and this community has given me the push I needed to move forward.
